Prestige Staffing is seeking a Program Manager for Global Delivery to oversee complex, multi-regional programs aligned with strategic transformation initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and global delivery partners to ensure seamless execution in a security-focused environment.

The role requires extensive experience managing large-scale, global programs, including offshore/nearshore teams, with strong vendor governance and executive communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years in technology services, enterprise program management, or related fields.
• 5+ years managing large-scale, global programs with offshore or nearshore teams.
• Proven experience working with executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong vendor management, governance, and risk mitigation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for executive audiences.
• Ability to influence across multiple cultures and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global delivery programs across multiple regions, including Mexico, India, and Europe
• Serve as the key contact for customer stakeholders and internal leadership, translating needs into actionable plans
• Oversee partner relationships, including governance, escalation, resource planning, and performance monitoring
• Review and validate partner solutions, ensuring alignment with business and quality standards
• Manage program risks, commercial negotiations, and cost optimization efforts
• Provide executive-level reporting, updates, and strategic recommendations
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives, including automation and modernization efforts
• Promote a cohesive, transparent communication environment across all stakeholders

You will serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and global delivery partners, ensuring seamless execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement in a high-growth, security-focused environment.

Requirements
