Job summary

IMEG, a 100% employee-owned design firm, is seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator in our Boston, MA office. This role supports local Client Executives and project teams to strengthen client relationships and ensure effective local engagement.

You will help deliver responsive client service, accurate Salesforce data, and efficient proposal coordination. You will collaborate with project teams and corporate marketing to support opportunities, while traveling up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Architecture Engineering and Construction industry proposals, RFQ/RFP, and event coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a local team ambassador, representing IMEG in community, client, and industry activities.
• Plan and coordinate local client-facing events, industry conferences, and team-hosted presentations.
• Track participation in local events and maintain related data in Salesforce for budgeting and reporting.
• Support client and project procurement processes, including monitoring local RFQ/RFP sites and registrations.
• Act as the team's Salesforce Power User for data entry, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
• Provide research, scheduling, and admin support for client meetings, including materials prep.
• Coordinate semi-annual updates of team resumes, Workday credentials, and project experience records.
• Compile qualifications/materials using the Central Qualifications Library for client meetings and proposals.
• Support opportunity tracking in Salesforce, monitoring deadlines and milestones.
