Job summary

Accenture seeks a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer who partners with clients to design, prototype, deploy, and scale AI workflows in real-world settings. You will work hands-on with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and data platforms to translate business needs into production-grade AI solutions.

This role demands deep engineering chops, strong communication, and a builder's mindset, with travel 25%–75% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience (Python, TS/JS, Java).
• 10+ years integrating APIs and building distributed, production systems.
• 2+ years experience with modern AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Workflow orchestration and agent frameworks experience.
• Enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms.
• 10+ years translating business needs into technical designs in large enterprise settings.
• 10+ years of client-facing communication and leadership in delivery contexts.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to shape AI use cases.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions with LLMs and enterprise systems.
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows and automations.
• Bridge product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders for value.
• Drive architecture: prompts, API integrations, enterprise knowledge, security.
• Own concepts through prototype to production with accountability for outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership for secure, scalable AI deployment.
