Job summary

NEXGEN Asset Management is seeking a Client Education Specialist to join the Client Success team in delivering exceptional customer service and learning resources. The role involves leading software trainings, hosting webinars, moderating the online community, and maintaining the support portal to help clients achieve asset management goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, English, teaching or relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Teacher, Trainer, Tutor, or other relevant position.
• Experience creating online or in-person training content.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual trainings with clients focusing on learning objectives.
• Oversee deliverables for major training projects and meet deadlines.
• Create learning content using UDL methods.
• Plan webinar/conference content for existing clients to increase engagement.
• Evaluate training practices to improve learner experience.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to prepare training content.
• Travel to client sites up to 25% of role responsibilities; may involve overnight/weekend travel.
• Serve as a NEXGEN product expert.
