Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in fashion/retail preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Lilly Pulitzer brand concept, client, merchandise, and heritage.
• Demonstrate selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Drive sales with exceptional service, product knowledge, market trends, outreach, and active listening.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer's visual and operational standards as set by Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Provide feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
• Understand, embrace, and exhibit Lilly Pulitzer Core Values.
