• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge, partnering with the team to meet financial goals.
• Assist branch operations, including cash handling and device usage, in line with bank procedures.
