Job summary

Thrive is seeking a Client Delivery Manager (CDM) to act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, driving value realization and growth while managing contract P&L. The role blends ITIL/ITSM expertise with strong business acumen in a remote/hybrid setup with travel to client sites.

You will build strategic client relationships, drive measurable outcomes, and lead onboarding, enablement, and renewals while expanding revenue opportunities.
