Qualifications

• 5+ years in delivery, program, or project management, ideally in iGaming, gaming, or digital platforms.
• Proven end-to-end delivery in cross-functional environments.
• Experience with external clients or partners in delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in regulated environments or working within required guidelines.

• Take full responsibility for delivery of iGaming initiatives, including product releases, integrations, client onboarding, and market launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure progress aligns with plans and timelines.
• Track delivery progress, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Act as primary delivery point of contact for clients, operators, and partners.
• Represent Aristocrat in client meetings and progress updates.
• Build strong relationships with external collaborators and manage expectations.
• Manage delivery commitments and communicate timelines, risks, and changes.
• Support market readiness activities ensuring alignment across components.

What You'll Do

• Manage delivery commitments and ensure transparent communication of timelines, risks, and changes.
• Support and coordinate market readiness activities, ensuring all delivery components (product, compliance, integrations) are aligned.
• Work with Compliance and Operations to ensure regulatory and certification requirements are met.
• Ensure readiness for the launch, including alignment with collaborators and resolution of any issues.
• Maintain clear visibility of delivery status, risks, and achievements through structured reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in delivery, program management, or project management, ideally within iGaming, gaming, or digital platforms.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery in cross-functional environments.
• Experience working directly with external clients or partners in a delivery capacity.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with regulated environments or working within required guidelines is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tracking systems.
• Client-facing confidence with excellent communication and collaborator management skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem solver with strong risk management capability.

Pay Range

$125,867 - $212,503 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
