Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to drive flawless execution of iGaming products across markets. You will oversee releases, onboarding, and market launches while coordinating Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

You will act as the primary delivery point for clients and partners, ensure regulatory alignment, manage risks, and report progress with clarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivery, program or project management in iGaming, gaming, or digital platforms.
• End-to-end delivery experience in cross-functional environments.
• Experience working directly with external clients or partners in a delivery capacity.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in regulated environments or working within required guidelines.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of iGaming initiatives including releases and client onboarding.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Compliance and Commercial teams to align plans.

What You'll Do

• Take full responsibility for the complete delivery of iGaming initiatives, encompassing product releases, integrations, client onboarding, and market launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Commercial) to ensure synchronized progress according to plans and timelines.
• Track delivery progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Act as a primary delivery point of contact for clients, operators, and external partners.
• Represent Aristocrat with confidence during client meetings, progress updates, and problem-solving conversations.
• Build strong, positive relationships with external collaborators, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Manage delivery commitments and ensure transparent communication of timelines, risks, and changes.
• Support and coordinate market readiness activities, ensuring all delivery components (product, compliance, integrations) are aligned.
• Work with Compliance and Operations to ensure regulatory and certification requirements are met.
• Ensure readiness for the launch, including alignment with collaborators and resolution of any issues.
• Maintain clear visibility of delivery status, risks, and achievements through structured reporting.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in delivery, program management, or project management, ideally within iGaming, gaming, or digital platforms.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery in cross-functional environments.
• Experience working directly with external clients or partners in a delivery capacity.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
