Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of iGaming initiatives, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Compliance and Commercial teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You will manage dependencies, communicate timelines and risks, work with external clients and partners, and ensure launch readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in delivery, program management, or project management.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects in cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with external clients or partners in delivery.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in regulated environments or with required guidelines.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tracking tools.
• Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Authorized to work in the posting location full-time without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for complete delivery of iGaming initiatives, including product releases, integrations, client onboarding, and market launches
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams according to plans and timelines
• Track delivery progress, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and operational standards
• Act as primary delivery point of contact for clients, operators, and external partners
• Represent Aristocrat in client meetings, progress updates, and problem-solving conversations
• Build relationships with external collaborators and manage communication and expectations
• Manage delivery commitments and communicate timelines, risks, and changes transparently
• Support market readiness activities and align product, compliance, and integration components
• Work with Compliance and Operations to meet regulatory and certification requirements
• Ensure launch readiness and resolve issues
• Maintain visibility of delivery status, risks, and achievements through structured reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in delivery, program management, or project management, ideally within iGaming, gaming, or digital platforms
• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery in cross-functional environments
• Experience working directly with external clients or partners in a delivery capacity
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and Agile methodologies
• Experience with regulated environments or working within required guidelines is highly desirable
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tracking systems
• Client-facing confidence with excellent communication and collaborator management skills
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem solver with strong risk management capability
• Must be authorized to work in the job posting location on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship
