R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to lead client delivery operations, coordinating service activities and ensuring top-tier delivery standards.

You will be the primary link between clients and internal teams, using performance data and cross-functional collaboration to proactively address risks and improve the client experience across healthcare revenue cycle management.

Strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and Power BI are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in client delivery or healthcare revenue cycle.
• Experience managing client relationships and escalations.
• Experience using KPIs and reporting to identify issues.
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams to drive outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and cross-functional teams.
• Manage inquiries, service issues, and escalations.
• Develop solutions while upholding service standards.
• Identify client risks and coordinate follow-ups.
• Coordinate meetings, materials, and readiness.
• Monitor KPIs and generate client reports in Excel/Power BI.
• Translate data into clear client insights for discussions.
• Partner with operations and stakeholders to deliver service.
