Job summary

iCapital Network is seeking a Client Delivery Advocate Analyst to join the Data Solutions team in Salt Lake City, UT. The role blends finance and technology as you set up and maintain software applications, assist clients with issues, and support data-driven projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze portfolio data, reconcile accounts, generate reports, and help clients and partners resolve data problems while building strong relationships through onboarding and day-to-day support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related field.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive in assessing client and company needs.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software quickly; MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; basic database concepts.
• Knowledge of investments and portfolio reporting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio performance results and explain findings.
• Reconcile accounts, research breaks, and resolve corrections.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and generate reports.
• Support client onboarding and day-to-day issue management.
• Maintain system setup and data accuracy across client accounts.
