Job summary

BI WORLDWIDE seeks a Customer Technology Specialist (CTS) in Edina, MN. You will support clients through data stewardship, system troubleshooting, and process improvements. The role emphasizes collaboration with CTM, Client Services, and internal partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
Solid SQL and Excel skills with data analysis ability.
Experience with content management systems and HTML-based tools.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for ticket management and documentation.
Experience with relational databases and Smartsheet/Teams environments.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support and manage client relationships.
Operate data files, transfers, processing, and documentation.
Perform quality checks on program data, reporting, and sites.
Communicate status, issues, and milestones to stakeholders.
Assist in program setup, launches, and ad-hoc requests.
Train and mentor teammates and customers on tools and processes.
