Bi-Worldwide's Automotive Solutions Group is seeking a Customer Technology Specialist to support clients through data stewardship, operational excellence, and technology-driven problem solving. This role suits someone proactive, analytical, and energized by learning how systems work and improving them over time.

You will work with internal teams and clients on data management, SQL/Excel reporting, SOPs, and cross-functional project support, while ensuring quality and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 2-year technical degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Beginner to intermediate SQL skills with Oracle SQL preferred.
• Intermediate Excel expertise and CMS/HTML tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer expectations while building client relationships.
• Serve as SME for customer data, methodologies, and program processes.
• Communicate program status to internal stakeholders via multiple tools.
• Manage day-to-day communication with client teams and customers.
• Support program setup, launches, and ad hoc requests.
• Mentor team members on tools and processes.
