Job summary

Zelis Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Client Data Specialist to maintain account accuracy for payer contracts and fee schedules. You will support Client Success Managers and help ensure customer satisfaction and readiness of accounts.

Responsibilities include data discovery, contract interpretation, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues and improve client service quality.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 1 year or HS Diploma with 3 years of experience.
• Understanding of physician and/or hospital reimbursement methodologies.
• Experience modeling fee schedules or working with physician/hospital billing.
• Proficient with AI tools and capable of crafting prompts and/or agents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• CRM software proficiency and support tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date payer contracts and fee schedules for customer accounts.
• Perform data discovery and entry, including formatting spreadsheets and modeling fee schedules.
• Read, interpret, and understand payer contract terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams for research, problem resolution & preventative measures.
• Communicate with clients about the details of their payer contracts.
• Support escalated and complex issues and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to client service strategy.
