Job summary

Addepar seeks a Client Solutions Analyst to join our Services Team in Salt Lake City. You will design and implement Addepar for new clients, helping model and examine financial instruments and assets to unlock value for clients.

This 18-month post-graduate program provides onboarding and exposure to Go-To-Market and R&D teams, with potential career growth into Client Success or other areas after completion.

Qualifications

• Client Solutions Analysts design and implement Addepar for new clients, advising on modeling financial instruments and assets.
• Strong understanding of finance and technology, ownership of client success, self-reliance and collaboration.
• Ability to lead design and oversight for onboarding new clients and ensure compatibility within the Addepar ecosystem.
• Engagement in a post-graduate 18-month program with exposure to Go-To-Market and R&D teams and direct client exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to identify, respond to, and resolve client issues and questions.
• Work with complex data sets to identify and resolve problems and optimize client deployments.
