Position Summary:
The Client Data Services Specialist coordinates client onboarding and data management to ensure a smooth, accurate, and compliant experience across all product lines. This role combines project coordination with daily data oversight, including managing client profiles in CIT and Currency Controller systems. Responsibilities include executing onboarding agreements, managing timelines, resolving issues, and ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Up to 10% travel may be required.
Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Training for the role will be on site in our HQ near DTC
- Provide accurate data input into customer and financial institution profiles and the accuracy of all information related to the contracts
- Verify all account numbers with financial institutions prior to profile completion
- Actively communicate and provide customer support for service request corrections, billing information updates, service day changes and alternative branch servicing adjustments
- Research and assist Empyreal clients with servicing issues and changes
- Support the Vault Services Department in the communication, set up and data input of all new Federal Reserve Bank Cash Services activations for FI's
- Provide pre-sales client onboarding/training assistance for the sales organization
- Enter, review, and implement all contracts and addendums and become familiar with legal and contractual compliance
- Monitor contract expiration dates and notice requirements. Coordinate and process the renewal of new contracts
- Ensure tasks are performed in accordance with Empyreal's processes, such as New Client Forms, Client Portal set-up; Portal logins; and operational checklists.
- Maintain up-to-date project status and ongoing client information on Monday.com, Empyreal's Client Portal, and additional platforms
- Attain client satisfaction through successful, on-time completion of client-related projects.
- Performs other duties and projects assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- 2+ years customer contracts coordination / administration, business development or sales support coordination, and / or project management experience are essential.
- The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in banking and financial services. Candidates with contract coordination experience in engineering, architectural, and construction services will also be considered.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills are critical.
- Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and escalation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Rock solid interpersonal, client management, and relationship building skills are requisite.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Suite and CRM database systems is required. Working knowledge of Monday.com is preferred.
