AMFM Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Client Coordinator (Mental Health Technician) in Poulsbo, WA. The role supports clients in daily activities, assists with transportation, and collaborates with clinical teams to promote recovery.

Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, with multiple shifts available. Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or GED, pass background checks, and can meet driving eligibility.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Background checks: Must pass ADP screening and any required checks.
• Valid driver's license with insurance eligibility and clean record.
• Physical: able to sit/stand, lift up to 20 lbs., navigate stairs.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct support to clients in daily activities.
• Safely transport clients to activities and medical appointments.
• Monitor client behavior and document observations for clinical teams.
• Assist nursing staff with medication self-administration.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of residential facilities.
• Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions.
• Respond to emergencies following safety protocols.
