Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, administrative support, or a client-facing role.
• AutoCAD editing of technical drawings.
• Smartsheet for project tracking and scheduling.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and software systems simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to elevate issues when needed.
• Comfort working with technical documentation and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in growing into a project management role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client requests from initial contact through project setup, scope confirmation, and documentation.
• Track projects through drafting, client review, revisions, final delivery, and archival.
• Review plan sets for accuracy and ensure client feedback is incorporated.
• Edit technical drawings in AutoCAD and coordinate changes with engineering and drafting teams.
• Monitor client communications and organize incoming documents in the proper systems.
• Provide proactive updates to clients on progress, requests, and delays.
• Coordinate with engineers, drafters, and leadership to keep projects on schedule.
• Identify bottlenecks, document gaps, and elevate capacity concerns when needed.
• Support coordination across engineering, residential plan services, and construction forensics.
• Contribute to process improvements and develop skills for broader project management.
