Job summary

First Horizon Corp. MWL division seeks a client-focused coordinator to service warehouse lines of credit and perform back-office support for the MWL Fulfillment and Control Team. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, reconcile accounts, and manage commercial loan documents.

Under minimal supervision, you will monitor risk areas, verify data, and assist with web user setup and audit confirmations, contributing to timely funding and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining service
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience with legal loan documents preferred
• Knowledge of First Horizon systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up new warehouse lines of credit per credit approval and communicate with the team and client
• Prepare and manage commercial loan documents, inspect for accuracy and compliance
• Request Fidelity and E&O insurance from clients and verify coverage
• Respond to client inquiries regarding terms and payments
• Assist clients in setting up web users and resolving access issues
• Complete audit confirmations with exact detail
• Validate closing agents and wiring instructions
• Review and reconcile MWL deposit and general ledger accounts
• Monitor transactions for risk and patterns and document results
