Talbots Southlake is seeking a part-time sales associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build lasting relationships, and help achieve store goals. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and promote Talbots products with style and care.

You will work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, support store operations, assist with community events, and may supervise other associates or open/close the store as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to navigate POS/computer/iPad/handheld systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences.
• Build enduring relationships with customers and the community.
• Support service-enhancers and achieve sales metrics like clientelling and outreach.
• Open/close the store occasionally and supervise others when needed.
