Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Available at least 20 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality and build enduring customer relationships.
• Support service enhancers to engage clients and drive sales.

• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Share current fashion trends and wardrobe advice to inspire customers.

• Occasionally supervise others and assist with opening/closing duties.
