Job summary

Qualifications

• Create a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences.
• Support service enhancers to build relationships including Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics through clientelling and outreach.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Engage customers with current products and fashion trends to build trust.
• Represent the Talbots brand at store events and in the community.
