Job summary

Talbots in Stratham, NH is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to create exceptional customer experiences, build lasting relationships and drive sales. You will engage customers, demonstrate fashion knowledge, and contribute to community events while supporting store goals and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Strong communication, teamwork, and comfort with POS/iPad systems are essential, as is the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Support service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas including: Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, Talbots Classic Awards.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Seek to understand customer needs through conversation and current fashion trends.
