Job summary

Talbots is seeking a part-time retail associate for our Chester, NJ store to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships with clients and the community.

You will actively engage customers, drive sales, maintain store standards, and participate in store events while working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, with 20–29 hours per week. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and comfort with POS/iPad devices.
