Job summary

Talbots is seeking a Regular/Part time Retail Associate in Longmeadow, MA to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships with shoppers. You will assist customers, maintain store presentation, and process sales at the POS.

Flexible availability is preferred, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will enjoy employee discounts and participate in store events and community activities that promote the Talbots Brand.

• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of the customer and business.
• Seek to understand customer needs with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation.
• Share current products and fashion trends with customers to wardrobe and build trust.
• Actively participate in community/store activities and events that promote the Talbots Brand.
