It’s A Secret Med Spa is looking for a confident, driven Client Concierge to join our team. This role focuses on warmly greeting clients, handling front desk duties, and ensuring every patient’s needs are met with exceptional service.

The position supports scheduling, education about services, and maintaining a clean, professional environment across our med spa locations, adhering to HIPAA policies and standards.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends.
• Experience in a med spa or medical office preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and privacy standards.

Mansioni

• Greet clients in person and by phone; provide basic education about services.
• Handle front desk tasks: check-in/out, calls, greeting clients, inventory, and stocking supplies to ensure a warm experience.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment throughout the facility.
• Assist providers and managers with client scheduling and updating appointment books.
• Ensure POS system accurately records appointments and staff information.

It's A Secret Med Spa is looking for a confident, driven, and enthusiastic Client Concierge to join our team. This position plays a vital role in our company's success by intaking patients, providing an exceptional experience, and ensuring all patient needs are met.

A Day in the Life of the Client Concierge

• Warmly greeting clients in person and over the phone. Providing basic knowledge and education about our wide variety of services.
• Manage front desk duties such as checking patients in/out, answering phone calls, greeting clients, overseeing inventory counts, and keeping supplies fully stocked while ensuring a positive and warm experience for our clients
• Maintain a clean and professional environment throughout the facility
• Assistant providers and managers with client scheduling and maintaining the appointment books.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure streamlined processes within the location
• Ensure POS system is managed effectively and accurately with all client appointment and employee information added.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Previous customer service experience (1 year)
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends
• Previous experience working in a med spa or medical office preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate with proper etiquette
• Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Must Maintain patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy
• Must maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation
• Must have sound judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up 50 lbs.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft applications
