Job summary

Dominic Scott Agency Inc in Portland, OR is seeking a Client Concierge / Customer Loyalty Specialist for a full-time, in-person role. You’ll provide excellent service, review policies, explain options, and help clients maximize value with proactive outreach.

You’ll build trust through policy reviews, educate customers, and track activity in our CRM while aiming to retain clients and support cross-sell and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, relationship management, and/or sales (insurance experience not required—we’ll train you)
• Strong communication skills; able to translate policy information into clear, simple guidance
• Ability to influence and guide clients using a needs-based approach
• Highly organized and responsive; comfortable managing multiple client's needs, cases, and follow-ups
• Strong computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based CRMs)
• Must have or be willing to obtain an Oregon Property & Casualty license within 30 days of starting (cost covered by agency)

Client Concierge / Customer Loyalty Specialist (Full-Time, In-Person)

Location: Portland, OR (Central Eastside – Washington High School/Revolution Hall) Pay: $25–$30/hour (DOE) + monthly performance bonus

What You’ll Do

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, 40 hours/week, day shift, no nights

• $25–$30/hour (depending on experience) + monthly performance bonus
