Job summary

It's A Secret Med Spa in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Client Concierge to warmly greet clients, provide service information, and support daily front desk operations.

You will manage check-ins, calls, scheduling, and inventory, ensuring a clean, professional environment while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

This role requires a minimum 30 hours per week, weekend availability, excellent communication, and a friendly, energetic demeanor to deliver outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Med spa/medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and stay flexible.
• Team player with initiative.
• Energetic, friendly service mindset.
• HIPAA confidentiality and high integrity.
• Able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull 50 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Minimum of 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone, and educate them on services.
• Manage front desk duties: check-in/out, answer calls, greet clients, oversee inventory.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment throughout the facility.
• Assist providers and managers with client scheduling and appointment books.
• Comply with company policies to ensure streamlined location processes.
• Ensure POS system is managed accurately with client and employee data.

A Day in the Life of the Client Concierge

• Warmly greeting clients in person and over the phone. Providing basic knowledge and education about our wide variety of services.
• Manage front desk duties such as checking patients in/out, answering phone calls, greeting clients, overseeing inventory counts, and keeping supplies fully stocked while ensuring a positive and warm experience for our clients
• Maintain a clean and professional environment throughout the facility
• Assistant providers and managers with client scheduling and maintaining the appointment books.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure streamlined processes within the location
• Ensure POS system is managed effectively and accurately with all client appointment and employee information added.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Previous customer service experience (1 year) required
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends
• Previous experience working in a med spa or medical office preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Must Maintain patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy
• Must maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation
• Must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up 50 lbs.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft applications
