LPL Financial in Charlotte seeks a Manager - Client Compensation to lead a team of 10–12 professionals delivering advisor and staff support via calls, email and file processing. You will drive department programs and coach the team toward accurate, relevant information for clients and advisors.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Business Consulting, Product, Compliance, Finance and Audit, and focuses on improving advisor payout and experience.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience leading and developing others.
• Series 99 license required, to be obtained within 90 days if not already completed.
• Ability to work with internal and external partners across multiple functions.
• Experience with Excel, Oracle, Salesforce and other enterprise tools.

• Lead a team of 10–12 people providing advisor and staff support via phone, email and file processing.
• Drive strategic, tactical department programs and motivate the team to deliver accurate information.
• Consult regularly with Business Consulting, Product, Compliance and Finance to address issues and ensure alignment.
• Map operations plans, oversee training, and improve knowledge sharing across teams.
• Develop and monitor metrics, improve payout processes and enhance the advisor experience.
• Oversee multi-department projects and promote risk controls and transparency.
