Job summary

LPL Financial LLC is seeking an Associate Client Compensation Consultant - Service to handle inbound calls and resolve compensation inquiries. You will work with the Client Compensation team and other units to investigate cases and provide timely resolutions.

The role requires strong customer service, Excel skills (pivot tables), and effective communication to educate advisors and staff on commission structures and reporting tools, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables).
• Understanding of the advisor role and financial services context.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls and proactively ask questions to offices to assist with inquiries.
• Research and resolve compensation cases from inbound calls and emails.
• Provide training support and act as backup to staff; assist in training new hires.
• Educate advisors on commissions structures and use of technology.
