Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) is seeking a Coordinator, Warehouse Client Services Cross-Dock to coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments by communicating with customers and carriers. The role focuses on solutions-based communication and timely processing of orders, receipts, and inventory transfers.

You will work with warehouse teams, apply the Warehouse Management System (WMS), perform cycle counts, and help resolve client issues while striving to improve processes and expand

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1–3 years in Transportation or Warehousing preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments with customers and carriers.
• Interface with warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and receipts.
• Process transactions in WMS to complete receipts, shipments, and inventory transfers.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Provide proactive customer service and build client relationships.
