Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator is required.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture in-person at the branch.
• Assumes responsibility for teller functions in an in-person setting.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues; escalate as needed.
• Transition clients to a Banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
• Assist clients with account transactions and servicing needs.
