Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a high-touch, client-facing role, ideally in senior care or hospitality.
• CNA certification preferred to support care planning and caregiver coordination.
• Strong communication, discretion, and professionalism in client relations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consults and assessments with clients and families to design tailored care plans.
• Guide intake, care planning, and budgeting for ongoing in-home services.
• Manage a caseload as main contact, ensuring high-quality experiences.
• Provide emergency shift coverage when needed and support caregiver training.
• Match clients with caregivers based on skills and preferences.
• Perform quality checks and verify plans are followed and client satisfaction.
• Serve as liaison among clients, families, service, and scheduling teams.
• Maintain confidential records for clients and caregivers.
• Support system-wide process improvements and cloud-based tools.
