Support ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or shipments, and resolving problems.
Prepare analyses, agendas, and follow-up materials to assist sales teams in exploring client needs.
Resolve straightforward problems and deliver timely solutions; communicate clearly to close open customer needs.
