Job summary

Northern Bank & Trust Company in Sudbury, MA, is seeking a Sales & Service Associate II to own client relationships from start to finish. You’ll identify sales opportunities, resolve service issues, and provide white-glove service to clients across channels.

We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives on problem-solving and client-centric communication, with 1–3 years of client-facing sales/service experience. The role pays an hourly rate of $25–$33.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in a client-facing sales or service role.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary go-to contact for clients from greeting to resolution.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships through consistent follow-through and white-glove service.
• Manage client interactions across in-person, phone, and written communication channels.
• Identify sales opportunities during client interactions, inbound or outbound.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to uncover unmet needs.
• Present solutions confidently and follow through to close without handoffs or dropped balls.
• Support branch leadership with daily operational tasks as needed.
• Navigate ambiguous situations with good judgment balancing client needs with company guidelines.
