Qualifications

• National retail and facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience working with and managing sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming call inquiries, create work orders, and dispatch them.
• Coordinate daily services with vendors, facility managers, customers, and technicians.
• Obtain cost estimates from vendors and review with account management.
• Follow up with clients and projects daily.
• Maintain high-profile customer relationships via phone and email.
• Manage all aspects of each job and take accountability for each service provided.
