Job summary

Classic Bank N A is seeking a Personal Banker to support customers across teller lines, lobby, online, and by phone. You will assists with deposit accounts, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes, while handling account maintenance tasks and incident resolution.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills, with adherence to bank policies and procedures. This position is based at multiple branch locations in Texas and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior banking, teller, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information ethically and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across teller line, lobby, online, and phone channels.
• Open deposit accounts, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes per procedures.
• Close accounts, process wire transfers, debit cards, checks, and online/mobile banking issues.
• Follow bank policies, open/close branch, balance vaults and currency orders.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
