• Open new personal and business accounts and ensure compliance with policies.
• Explain procedures, prioritize work, and handle interruptions with strong problem solving.
• Support marketing campaigns and product launches; quote rates and fees.
• Collect and review account documentation and manage elder abuse notifications.
• Perform outbound client contact to build relationships.
