Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach is seeking a Banking Relationship Specialist to be the first point of contact at the branch, delivering a white-glove customer experience and driving sales through needs analysis and tailored recommendations.

The role involves cross-selling bank products, handling accounts, and resolving customer questions both in person and by phone, while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Travel to various locations may be required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years teller experience preferred.
• 4+ years New Accounts/Sales Experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with clients about financial goals and promote F&M products and services to meet those needs.
• Actively cross-sell bank products and refer clients to other departments for additional needs.
• Open new personal and business accounts and/or perform maintenance in line with policies and procedures.
• Explain bank procedures and requirements and prioritize work to maximize customer service.
• Quote rates, terms and fees on bank products and services.
• Take responsibility for developing and maintaining knowledge required to fulfill job functions.
