Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
