Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Retail Banker II in Bensalem, PA to serve as a customer liaison and deliver TD’s Brand promise through financial guidance and consultative advice. You will identify optimal TD solutions to help customers reach their financial goals and grow their relationship with TD.

The role requires knowledge of consumer and small business banking products, strong customer service skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships while navigating a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 2 year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Cross trained to take customer transactions upon hire.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues regarding banking products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs and highlight features/benefits.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships with product knowledge and proactive dialogue.
• Utilize CRM tools to identify customer solutions and lead-focused outbound activities.
• Explain complex information within the team and support TD's customer service strategy.
• Perform teller transactions including deposits, transfers, and withdrawals while following policies.
