St Anne's Community Services in Hull is seeking a Team Leader to deliver safe, person-centred support for clients with complex needs, including learning disabilities and mental health challenges. The role combines leadership with direct care tasks to keep close to practice and ensure high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within the care industry.
• Experience with the creation and implementation of care plans.
• Knowledge of IT packages.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in recruiting, developing, supporting, supervising, training and managing staff.
• Ensure staff are trained and managed professionally.
• Maintain service quality and ensure compliance with values, policies and procedures.
• Use best thinking and practice to deliver services.
• Contribute to policy, procedures and service developments.
• Monitor services to enable timely corrections.
