Job summary

Enable is seeking a Team Facilitator to lead the North East Services based in Dundee. The role is 39 hours per week with a salary of £30,900 and requires a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.

You will lead a team of Personal Assistants, oversee inductions, performance reviews and wellbeing, and ensure high-quality, person-centred support across services. You will be involved in rostering, service delivery improvements, risk assessments, safeguarding responses and close

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical support needs.
• Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership of quality of support.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people we support, staff teams, families and external care professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants; conduct regular supervisions and performance reviews.
• Assist with induction of new staff and support attendance, absence and wellbeing.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred support and promote dignity and inclusion; support assessments, planning, reviews and risk assessments.
• Carry out quality assurance checks, including spot checks and feedback; respond to safeguarding concerns.
