Qualifications

• Strong client relationship and service skills; respond promptly to client needs.
• Know-how of personal and commercial lines and policy options (FL P&C experience preferred).

• Proficiency with agency management systems, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to analyze coverage gaps and recommend solutions.
• Collaborative work style with carriers and teammates.

Responsibilities
