Job summary

Texas Capital Bank NA is seeking a Client Center Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Client Center in Dallas, TX. You will coordinate meeting room readiness, oversee room setup and catering, and ensure smooth transitions for events and client meetings.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventories, supporting scheduling, and partnering with executives, assistants, and vendors to deliver exceptional service while keeping accurate records in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years in hospitality, corporate services, conference services, event coordination, or client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certification required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Client Center, ensuring meeting rooms and spaces are prepared and client-ready.
  • Manage room setup, food and beverage service, transitions, and post-event restoration.
  • Monitor Client Center throughout the day; address cleanliness, inventory, and operational needs.
  • Maintain supplies, storage areas, and labeling; support meeting room scheduling and reservations.
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistants, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate meetings and events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, executives, and employees; maintain records in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Work outside normal hours when needed; support special projects and additional duties as assigned.
