For more information about joining our team, please visit us at www.texascapitalbank.com.**Responsibilities:*** Act as the main point of contact for managers, clients and other personal within their assigned line of business and/or geography* Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on leaderships behalf* Prepare briefings, agendas and presentation decks as needed* Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary* Calendar Management: scheduling, making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters* Calling candidates and scheduling/coordinating interviews based on managers availability* Take minutes during meetings* Book travel and process associated expense reports* Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner and direct calls to the appropriate person* Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department* Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory* Assist other EA’s as needed on broader corporate events and/or provide backup support to their line of business and/or geography*The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
