Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS) is seeking a Client Case Project Manager to join our team. This role serves as the key liaison between internal engineers and external clients, including attorneys and insurers, ensuring cases progress smoothly from intake through closure.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client cases and coordinating between engineers and clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with attorneys, law firms, insurers, TPAs, and other clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage client cases and serve as the intermediary between the Engineer and the Client.
• Handle intake, scope projects, prepare estimates, and conduct pre-billing reviews.
• Regularly interact with attorneys, law firms, insurance agencies, TPAs, and other clients.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between the organization and its clients.
• Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Be available after hours to assist with urgent matters.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
