Job summary

Applied Technical Services seeks a Client Case Project Manager in Newtown, PA. You will manage client cases from intake through completion, coordinating calendars, inspections, and trials for engineers serving as expert witnesses. You will interact with attorneys, insurers, and clients to ensure timely, accurate results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong written and verbal communication.
• Paralegal certification or legal services experience strongly preferred.
• 1–2 years in a similar professional services, legal, or insurance role required.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage client cases and act as intermediary between Engineer and Client.
• Oversee all activities from intake to project completion and closure.
• Coordinate deadlines, schedules, inspections, and trials for engineers.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accurate and satisfactory results.
• Liaise with attorneys, law firms, insurers, TPAs and clients.
• Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with clients, handling high-volume work.
