Job description

Quiescence Client Case Coordinator

Pennsylvania Volunteers, Inc. (PVI) is excited to announce an opening for a Quiescence Client Case Coordinator. If you’re compassionate, organized, and want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and families, this is your opportunity to be part of a mission‑driven team that values connection, dignity, and independence for all older adults.

At PVI, we believe that aging should be met with care, respect, and the resources people need to thrive. As part of our Quiescence program, you’ll help families navigate care with confidence — ensuring their loved ones have the support and services they need to remain safe, supported, and engaged.

About Peninsula Volunteers, Inc.

For over 75 years, PVI has led the way in providing programs that help older adults live independently and stay connected to their community. From Meals on Wheels and Rosener House Adult Day Services to Little House and RIDE PVI, our organization serves thousands of local seniors each year. Quiescence, one of our newest programs, extends that mission by offering personalized support to family caregivers through coordination of non‑medical services and ongoing quality assurance.

About the Role

The Quiescence Client Coordinator plays a central role in supporting older adults and their caregivers by coordinating essential, non‑medical services. You’ll serve as the primary liaison for families and service providers — ensuring care plans are carried out smoothly, communication remains clear, and families feel supported every step of the way.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate non‑medical services to support senior clients and their families.
  • Act as primary liaison between families, service providers, and PVI staff.
  • Ensure care plans are implemented smoothly and monitor ongoing service quality.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Empathy and dedication to supporting seniors and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in case coordination or related fields is preferred but not required.
